A Note About Timing…

We are living in a dynamic universe and the dates of all the holidays are marching forward through time. We have walked 7 degrees since the astrological time markers were laid down. Those 7 degrees are typically a matter of hours. But evening and night holidays can jump to the next calender day. The dates listed above may vary depending on your source. We use the adjusted calendar that accounts for the 7 degree shift of time. We cannot list every appropriate time for each lunar event and each holiday for each time zone in the sidebar. The Solstices are listed with specific times that need adjusting for your time zone. The Quarter days are not. They are listed on the evening before if the holiday crosses over astrologically or if it's celebrated after dark. Some holidays this year, like Lammas and Lughnassad, split the difference. In that case they are listed on consecutive days. Hope this eases your mind when dealing with the discrepancies found online. ✩ )O( ✩
